<p>When you hear the word &#8220;aging&#8221;, scare you, right? Do to me, I had a big skin problem at about 5 years ago and talked with my trusted skin care company (for about 15 years&#8230;) consultant, she gave me a great advice and I have been doing as what she told me last 5 years, my skin is much better condition now. Not like the information gives you idea about cut or put needle in your skin.</p>
<p>Truth, anti-aging is simpler than you think, this is the advice I got 5 years ago, everything start from sun block. Damage from sun is No. 1 enemy for aging, you believe or not. Sun damage suck whole moisture from your skin and dry out your skin, no moisture = dry skin = wrinkles or another skin problems due to no moisture inside your skin. That&#8217;s why always people talk about moisture and moisturizer, you have to moisture your skin 24/7. You can buy very expensive moisturizer from big name brands or visit Dr.&#8217;s office but same time you don&#8217;t need to have those, you just need to put a good sun block every day, sunny or not, summer or winter, protect your skin from sun every day. Simple right? Yes, you still need moisturizer at bed time to give your skin nice rest and moisture but also you need sun block at daytime. This is simple and most important ant-aging skin care step one. Although drink lots of water, not soda, dehydrate body is enemy No.1 also. Hydrate your body inside and out, that&#8217;s best you can do to anti-aging.</p>
<p>But you didn&#8217;t know about this step one and your skin is already damaged, we still have products to reduce your problem, like I saved my skin. We can&#8217;t completely fix the damage but we can reduce the damage. You can find products to reduce your aging problems without spending lots of money on big brand name companies. I found small young companies make good products with cutting edge technology or all natural, kind to environment&#8230; Some people just want to look young and puts knife or needle in your skin but I want to have natural beautiful aging looks, not fake young looks&#8230; we don&#8217; want to look like our teenage daughter, we just want to look healthy and youthful, right?</p>

<p><strong>All natural</strong> refers to the fact that the ingredients are naturally made and not chemically synthesized or altered. Starting with the oils such as grape seed oil, jojoba oil or almond oil to herbal extracts, skin care manufacturers aim to produce skin care products that are as natural as possible. <p>If you&#8217;re looking for an anti-wrinkle cream for sensitive skin, look for products that have a low dose of <strong>vitamin A</strong>. Vitamin A is a powerful wrinkle fighter (by stimulating the production of collagen), but too much vitamin A can result in skin irritation, in particular in people with sensitive skin. Fragrance-free anti-aging creams are considered to be better for sensitive skin as are skin care products that contain &#8220;gentler&#8221; preservatives such as grapefruit seed extract and potassium sorbate. <p>If you are still in your early adult years, you probably haven&#8217;t thought much about getting old.  Most likely, you still have that radiant, glowing, firm skin that all children and young adults enjoy.   You aren&#8217;t yet experiencing the pangs of wrinkles, lines and sagging skin.  But, even at your young age, you should be aware of how aging progresses and how anti-aging products can slow down that process enabling you to keep your youthful glow much longer.</p>
<h2><span id="more-852"></span>Anti-Aging &#8211; How to maintain your youthful vigor and looks!  (Con&#8217;t)</h2>
<p>So, how do you go about slowing the aging process? First and foremost in the battle against aging is good nutrition.  Let&#8217;s face it – you are literally what you eat.  Glowing healthy skin begins on the inside.  Everyone should eat a well balanced diet with lots of brightly colored fruits and vegetables.  Be aware, however, that many of these foods are loaded with pesticides, growth hormones and antibiotics – things that will clog the system and actually cause you to look older than your years.  Organic foods are highly recommended.  Cleansing also plays an important role.  If you eat Twinkies all the time you will have Twinkie cells!  Build good, healthy cells with cleansing and proper nutrition.</p>
<p>Second on the list of anti-aging activities is exercise.  It doesn&#8217;t really matter what kind of exercise you get – walking, running, yoga, strength training – as long as you are getting some form of exercise at least 3-4 times per week.  The old adage &#8220;move it or lose it&#8221; is true.</p>
<p>Third, but equally important, is your intake of water.  Approximately 70% of an adult&#8217;s body is water.  Keep your cells well hydrated by drinking half your body weight in ounces of water (for example, if you weight 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water every day.)  If you look at a dehydrated skin cell under a microscope, you immediately notice how dry and shriveled it appears.  Well hydrated cells are plump and healthy looking.  Multiply that once cell by the trillions of cells in your body and you can see how much better you look when you have been drinking the right amount of water every day.  This doesn&#8217;t mean &#8220;liquid&#8221; – soda, coffee and other sugar and caffeine loaded drinks may contain water, but they actually do more harm than good.  Drink water!</p>

<p>The actual fiber source is probably less important that eating foods that contain decent amounts of fiber.
